AlanDick International Management

The operational board of AlanDick International includes the following Group Directors:

David Durham, Director of Sales and Marketing

David joined AlanDick in 1996, and until 2004 was responsible for the international development of the business, predominantly in Asia; during this period the company opened 20 national offices, a manufacturing centre and R&D operations. David’s previous roles were in the delivery of capital infrastructure projects for government and private organizations and having studied Civil Engineering, Media Management and Corporate Communications he brings both operational and strategic expertise. David was Group Sales Manager during a period of exceedingly rapid expansion and became Sales and Marketing Director in 2006 with the remit to ensure AlanDick continue to develop their position as an important part of their clients businesses.

Geoff Cave, Director of Human Resources 

Geoff is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, a graduate in economics, business management and counselling psychology. He joined
the company in 2003 with considerable experience in large scale construction projects environments, the management of major change programmes and cross cultural development. His role is to establish the HR function globally, create good practice, enhance developmental processes and facilitate organisational change.

 

 
Christian Winning,  Regional Finance Director

Christian Winning joined AlanDick as Regional Director EMEA in 2006 and has extensive experience gained in industry and accountancy practice.

He had most recently held a number of senior finance roles at AT&T between 2002 and 2006, where he successfully implemented a number of new trading initiatives.  Christian was previously General Manager of A-DEC Dental UK Ltd, which he joined in 1997. He also held a number of senior management positions throughout his 9 years with KPMG. It was whilst at KPMG that Christian qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1993.

Gordon Olvera, Director, Programme Implementation

Gordon joined AlanDick in October 2007, as Programme Implementation Director following seven years at Perot Systems Europe as EMEA Operations Director for Infrastructure Solutions and Head of Programme Management.  Gordon also has over 20 years of service within the U.S. Air Force as an Aviator and a Senior Programme Director at the Pentagon, Washington D.C. His current role objective is to implement globally standardised programme management methodologies and performance metrics to maximise Alan Dick’s profitability.

Gordon is a certified Programme Manager (PMP), a member of the UK Chapter of Professional Programme Managers and holds a Master of Science degree in Aeronautical Science.

Paul Horton, Finance Director

Paul Joined AlanDick in 2006 as Group Finanical Controller and became Finance Director in 2007. Paul previously held a number of finance roles at Dynacast International Limited between 1996 and 2005 where as Group Financial Controller he was an integral part of the team that took the Group thorugh a leveraged buy-out, financial restructuring and subsequent sale to Melrose PLC.

Paul is a graduate of Durham University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.
