1973                                                                             Production of the first towers for AlanDick begins.
First export contract won for the supply of 120m mast for    Dubai Radio &TV.

1978                                                                            Bought EMI Antennas division, started producing broadcast antennas.

1979                                                                            Moved to new Corporate Headquarters in Cheltenham, UK.
UK - awarded first Queen’s Award for Export Achievement.

1980                                                                             Office opened in Nigeria, Africa.

1984                                                                           Offices opened in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, Middle East.                UK - awarded second Queen’s Award for Export Achievement.

1985                                                                             Office opened in USA.

1992                                                                           Started Cellular Services Division.

1994                                                                          ISO9001 Certificate first awarded to The Barlands, Cheltenham by LRQA.

1995                                                                       Production of Cellular Antennas begins.
Office opened in Holland, Europe.

1996                                                                               First Asia Pacific office opened.

1998                                                                           AlanDick & Company (Composites) Ltd established.

1999                                                                             Office opened in Eqypt, Africa.

2000                                                                                  UK - in conjunction with Orange, AlanDick was awarded the Design Millennium Award for its ‘Scots Pine Cellular Tree’.

2002                                                                         Secured new funding of £17.5 million from private-equity firm Lloyds TSB Development Capital to help accelerate global expansion.

2003                                                                                  UK - AlanDick ranked No.4 in Sunday Times Profit Track 100 of Britain’s fastest-growing unquoted companies (13 April 03).        UK - awarded third Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade.                                                                         Acquired CPS Global.
Acquired business & assets of ecoms.
Opened offices in Australia, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore & Mexico.

2004                                                                           Opened offices in Algeria, Romania & Pakistan.
China office became WOFE.
Sensustech Ltd incorporated as an AlanDick Group of companies on May 14th 2004.
ADNL Telecom BV acquired.

2005                                                                            Tactus Telematics, the remote system management specialists, was acquired by the AlanDick Group on June 20th.
New offices opened in Trinidad and US.

2006                                                                        Appointment of:                                                                Duncan Lewis (Chairman), Dr Rob Fisher (CEO)                    and Parminder Dost (CFO).                            

2007                                                                            Secured significant term financing from Lloyds TSB Bank for both newly created European and International divisions of the Company.

2008                                                                        Appointment of:                                                                 Bob Ellis (Chairman)
