AlanDick was recently commissioned to provide a Radome to house primary surveillance radar for air traffic control by Raytheon Canada as part of its contract with the Civil Aviation Authority.
The project included design, drawing, specification verification, fabrication and installation of an 11.8m Radome
able to withstand hurricane conditions in a high wind load area.
AlanDick provided expert design and project management support to successfully progress the project through a rigorous test and qualification process set by Raytheon.
In addition to the supply and installation of the Radome, AlanDick’s team also supported Raytheon with its commissioning activities.
