Indra Radome Project - Spain

Spanish Information Technology and Defence System specialist Indra, awarded AlanDick the contract to supply six 23.5m diameter radomes, for implementation into the air defence networks of NATO and SAF.

The radomes are the largest ever designed or manufactured by AlanDick, and are being installed throughout Spain.

AlanDick provided expert engineering and project management techniques to progress the project designs, drawings and materials through a stringent verification and approval process; and then went on to manufacture the radomes - in different colours, according to the end user's specifications.

The contract is ongoing, with five radomes delivered and installed
so far - on mountains
in extreme weather locations.
