Telecoms Maintenance on London Underground

AlanDick provides comprehensive after sales and maintenance services, which it proved when it worked for Damovo, a major global systems integrator. AlanDick provided corrective maintenance services for analogue telecoms communications equipment installed on the London Underground network.

AlanDick took over these services, at short notice and with stringent service level agreements. This required a fast-track provision of suitably trained engineers able to work in this specialist environment.

This was achieved within 4 weeks of award of contract. Utilising the AlanDick’s Help Desk - available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year- the engineers are despatched across the London Underground network and respond to some 3500 calls per annum.

Performance monitoring and reporting are managed using the industry standard Remedy Fault Management tool. Numerous plaudits have been received from London Underground Ltd for the high level of service received.
