Operations and Maintenance Training – Network Rail

AlanDick develops best practice in products and services - then transfers these skills and knowledge - to meet transportation requirements. An example of this is the operations and maintenance training we offer to Network Rail.

We provide Network Rail engineers and sub-contractors two types of courses covering equipment in the GSM-R (Global System for Mobile Communications – Railway) REB (Relocatable Equipment Building), which contains transmission, radio and power equipment in a container environment:

• The first is an in depth maintenance course, over 5 days that demonstrates how to maintain equipment.
• The second is a 1 day overview of maintenance procedures.

AlanDick’s specialist training covers the activities, which are related to the performance of routine preventive, scheduled and unscheduled actions - aimed at preventing equipment failure or decline with the goal of increasing efficiency, reliability and safety.
