Structures generally fall into two categories - Guyed Lattice Masts and Self Supporting towers.
The most appropriate will depend on many factors such as required height, operational and design wind speed, wind loads imposed by the antennae it supports, available land area, and, of course, the cost. The designer’s objective is to provide a structure which will satisfy the clients load requirements as well as international design and manufacturing standards and be as light weight and practical as possible. AlanDick is unique amongst world structure suppliers in that they continue to maintain a large in-house design and detailing team with a portfolio of in-house software.
